LiVE's narrow linewidth single-mode, edge-emitting laser chips operate at 1550nm wavelength, designed for high power and reliability. These laser chips deliver exceptional performance with low noise and narrow linewidth, which less than 250kHz. The device can be delivered in chip and laser bar forms. The design makes it appropriate for advanced sensing applications, including FMCW-LiDAR and optical sensing technology.
