High power 1310nm CW-DFB Laser chip

LiVE's high power with larger than 200mW, 1310nm CW-DFB laser chips, especially designed for silicon photonics based datacom pluggable transceivers. With a targeted wavelength of 1310nm and output power larger than 23 dBm under continuous wave operation, our chips enable seamless integration into 400G to 1.6T silicon photonics based transceivers, catering to the mide-reach range in data center networking. Whether uncooled or cooled, these laser deliver remarable performance, ensuring reliable data transmission for DR transceivers.
